Step 1: Connect the device to your computer using USB cables and launch iTunes. Begin by backing up the data on the device because a factory reset will remove all data.

Step 2: Click on “Restore iPhone” and then click “Restore”.



Step 3: Click Restore again to confirm the process. This will let iTunes erase all your content and settings on your device.



Step 3: Click on “Next” in the software update window and then accept Apple Terms and Conditions by clicking on “Agree.”

Step 4: Now all you have to do is wait while iTunes downloads the iOS software and restores the device.
